What's the extra features?
When upgrading your free account to a paying account, you will get access to extra features such as ability to select variants to transcode, schedule episode publishing, extended API and more storage and bandwidth.

How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan is 100% free and you always start with the Free Plan. You have no obligation and can change or cancel your service at any time for any reason, at no charge.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you will be asked to enter your credit card data and will be billed accordingly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Prices are in US dollars and excluding VAT where appropriate.

What is my commitment?
PodcastMachine is a pay-as-you-go service. You do not commit to any long term contracts. If you do choose to cancel a paid plan, you will never be charged again and are only responsible for charges incurred up until the cancellation date.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Although we would be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time from the "Account" tab.

Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely! Simply click on the "Account" tab and choose the "change plan" option. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional handling charges.
